  1. Registration

Registrations are only accepted if this online registration form has been successfully submitted. No registration form is accepted unless accompanied by full payment.

  1. Security

When registering through the internet your personal and payment details are secured and encrypted. The latest encrypting techniques available are used for data transfer.

  1. Confirmation / Payment obligation

As soon as you have finished your personal registration process for the AGOS Annual Meeting 2023 by clicking the “Register Now”-button, you enter into a binding agreement with the organization of this course. As a result, you accept the payment obligation and the term of payment that comes along with this agreement.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail, giving you an overview of the personal details as filled in by you during the registration process. Furthermore, if you select to pay your registration fee by bank transfer or check, you will receive your invoice attached to your confirmation e-mail. A final e-mail will be sent to you once your payment has been received.

In case you fail to meet the term of payment that is applicable to your registration category (early fee or late fee), the organization is entitled to raise your registration fee to the next category (from early fee to regular fee or from regular fee to last-minute fee).

In case the organization has not received your payment before the start of the course, entry to the course may be refused without your payment obligation being waived.

  1. Correspondence address

For all correspondence regarding the meeting, the organization will use the e-mail address as provided by you during the registration process.

  1. Liability

In registering for the congress, the participants agree that neither the AGOS Board of Directors, Status Plus, Scientific Committee nor the Education Committee or any of their officers, agents, employees or representatives assume any liability whatsoever.

  1. Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance in the unfortunate case of having to cancel the meeting participation and/or travel and/or hotel accommodation because of illness or other (personal) circumstances.

  1. Photography / Image use policy

AGOS reserves the right to use any images, in any media, captured at the course and related events, for promotional activities of future AGOS activities in general. Individuals who do not wish to have their likeness, in any medium, used by AGOS, must provide written notice to Info@agosonline.org.

  1. Industry Sponsored Sessions

Due to compliance regulations your first name, last name and email address will be shared with sponsored sessions organizers if you attended an industry sponsored session.

  1. Exhibitors

Your first name, last name and email address will be shared with exhibitors if you visit their booth.

  1. Currency

All amounts are stated in US Dollars (USD) and must be paid and/or will be collected in USD.

  1. Pending Amounts

Any differences (appearing from incorrect application and/or past deadlines) in registration fees will be collected on-site during the course.

  1. Payment On-Site

On-site payments can be made either in cash or by using a valid Credit Card.

  1. Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of your registration and refund requests for registration fees must be submitted in writing to the AGOS Executive Office before August 18, 2023. All refund requests will be subject to a USD 100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made on/after August 18, 2023.

Warner K. Huh

Warner K. Huh, MD, MSHA is Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and holds the Charles E. Flowers, Jr. Endowed Chair in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He is also Professor in the Department of Surgery and Professor in the Department of Epidemiology in the UAB School of Public Health. He was previously the Division Director of Gynecologic Oncology, Vice Chair of Gynecology, and Chief Medical Officer of the UAB Cancer Service Line/O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center. His research interests include screening and prevention of HPV related diseases as well as novel immunotherapeutic approaches for pre-invasive disease of the cervix as well as cervical cancer. He has authored or co-authored over 300 articles in journals including The New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, Lancet Oncology, Journal of the National Cancer Institute Cancer, Clinical Cancer Research, Gynecologic Oncology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology (h-index: 70). Dr. Huh serves as co-PI (MPI) of the Johns Hopkins-UAB-University of Colorado Cervical Cancer Specialized Programs of Research Excellence (SPORE) program (2P50CA098252-06A1) – one of the most enduring SPORE programs in the NCI. Further, he is PI on a cervical cancer prevention R01 grant through the NCI (5R01CA279021). Dr. Huh serves as a Deputy Editor of Gynecologic Oncology and serves as an Associate Editor of The Journal of Lower Genital Tract Disease. He is on the steering committee for the ASCCP treatment guidelines and was co-chair of the ASCCP colposcopy standards effort. He is Past President of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) and ASCCP. He is currently serves on the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) Division of Gynecologic Oncology. He recently completed the Executive Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA) Program at UAB (2022-2024). He co-leads OPERATION WIPEOUT- the only state-based cervical cancer elimination effort in the United States.
