Registration
Below is the breakdown of the 2018 Annual Meeting registration fees, with information on how to submit your registration to attend the conference.

Register online using a credit card and receive immediate confirmation via email. (Your username is your email address. Please contact agos@agosonline.org for password assistance. *Note, it is the same password for your dues renewal).

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to agos@agosonline.org. Cancellations that are received on or before August 6, 2018, will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 USD administrative fee. After August 6 2018, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the AGOS Council.

Housing

A block of rooms for the AGOS Annual Meeting have been reserved at The Logan Philadelphia Hotel. The contracted rate for a single guestroom (1 King Bed) and a double guestroom (2 Double Beds) is $229 (USD) per night, plus state and local taxes. The Annual Meeting room rate is guaranteed through Monday, August 13, 2018 but rooms are limited and may sell out prior to this date, so please be sure to book your housing early.

Reservations: Call 215-963-1500 ext. 1 and Reference the "American Gynecological and Obstetrical Society" when booking to receive discounted rates, or reserve your room online.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit one-night room and tax.

Inviting Guests to the Meeting

Below are the instructions to invite a guest to this year's Annual Meeting:

  • AGOS Members: Please forward the online form to your invited guest(s) to complete.
  • Invited guests will receive and automated message on next steps for registration/housing to attend the AGOS Annual Meeting.
  • You will be notified should the invitee register for the conference.

Transportation Information

Airports: The Logan Philadelphia Hotel is located 9 miles, a 20-minute taxi ride, from the Philadelphia International Airport. Taxis depart from the designated taxi zones, located on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level of all terminals. Approximate one-way fare to The Logan from Philadelphia International Airport is $30.

Parking at The Logan Philadelphia: The hotel's parking charges are as follows:

  • Valet Parking: $58 USD per day, per car

Absentee Notification

Unable to attend the 2018 Annual Meeting?

In accordance with the bylaws, Article II. Section 2. Continued Participation. Any Active Fellow who does not attend an annual meeting for three successive years shall, unless he or she offers an excuse satisfactory to the Society, be dropped from Fellowship. This requirement does not pertain to Life Fellows or Honorary Fellows.

If you are unable to attend this year's meeting, submit your excused absence request via the online submission form by August 21, 2018. Letters will be reviewed and approved by Council.
